Grants for schools to improve their current special education program offerings, installing ability friendly playground equipment, purchasing a new bus for transportation, assisting the school in building an apartment model to simulate life skills at the school. Funding could also be utilized to assist schools & families purchase equipment for adaptive athletics.

Lifeskills
And Transition

Help offset expenses tied to transitional activities, and could create work study opportunities for students with businesses in the community. For example, when students enter the workforce, funding can go towards purchasing work uniforms, transportation to and from the jobsite, etc.

Inclusive
Experiences
and engagement

Inclusive Experiences and Engagement: Provide opportunities for students with disabilities that may otherwise be overlooked or have a financial barrier. For example, purchasing a wheelchair accessible limo bus for students to attend prom, giving an opportunity for a student to attend a field trip, etc..
